No pliers needed.  No secondary software.  Just a simple registry change and your CAPS LOCK key no longer will be the annoying spot on your keyboard.

This registry change does a simple mod - it turns the CAPS-LOCK key into a 3rd SHIFT key.  Simple and elegant.

Here are the instructions:

Right click on this link CAPS-LOCK-2-SHIFT  and save it to your computer.

Open the zip folder and double click on the REG file that is created and allow it to modify the registry.

Restart your computer. That's it.

I ahve also included the removal code (although I don't think you'll ever want to use it)
